Anyone know what third party makes these comment box and polling tools?

I started googling around for ways to add student discussions to canvas pages to increase engagement, and stumbled upon these directions from a school in australia. These seem great, but from the way they've titled the tools I think they stripped out the brand or company name of whoever they bought this from? So I can't find it. 

There's more at the links above but does anyone recognize this kind of tool that adds a comments box via a tool in the RCE? Or the one that adds polls?
