A student in my class asked if there were directions for printing Canvas pages in different browsers (and printing to PDF). I couldn't find anything in the Student Guides. I know this is possible but rather than creating directions myself and reinventing the wheel can we have a page with directions for this?
I did find Printing quizzes from Canvas, these directions are not complete enough for my students needs.
I also saw Printing an Assessment, which is for instructors not students.
Note I am NOT referring to printing quizzes, assessments, assignments, discussions or documents uploaded to Canvas. This is specifically for Canvas page content (e.g. content I have created in pages in the RCT in my course).
I saw there was a thread here on Printing course content - but it is archived
Also I found the following, which is NOT what i'm looking for as these are directions for instructors.
How do I allow course content to be exported as an offline HTML file?
How do I view course content offline as an ePub file as an instructor?
How do I view course content offline as an ePub file as an instructor?
Hi @williak21
Canvas pages print very nicely using most web browser's print function. You can find guides online showing how to do so for the web browser you use.
For example, https://www.businessinsider.com/guides/tech/how-to-print-from-google-chrome
HI @williak21 - The article you referenced has been restored. 🙂
