Is it possible to assign a module, or parts of a module to a group only rather than everyone enrolled in a course?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@JoHazell While you cannot achieve this using the Group feature in Canvas, you could do this by replicating said Groups as Sections. This would only work for graded material though. I tried making a module's visibility dependent on completion of an assignment in another module that was only assigned to a specific section, but that did not work.

@JoHazell - You may also be interested in following [Modules] Module access to specific groups, sections, or students. It's a long-standing idea that has been linked to a Theme. When our Product Team has an update or if the idea moves to our In Development status, you'd receive a notification.
I would also really like this feature.
