Assignment reminder

I wanted to know how to set up my virtual campus to send students a reminder email indicating that there's an assignment due at a specific time, either 24 hours in advance or even activate it at 12 AM. Thank you very much in advance for your help. Have a great day.

If your assignment is set up with a due date and time, students should see it in their periodic "Recent Canvas Notifications" email and it will appear in their to-do list on their dashboard (if they've enabled email notifications). For more specific notifications about assignments, you could set up announcements and schedule them to be released on future dates when you create the assignment. I don't know of a way to automatically alert students of specific assignments, because I imagine students would get a LOT of emails if this were done for every assignment in every course.
