Assignment with video upload not submitting

I'm trying to submit an assignment that's a video and it's not submitting. The video uploaded just fine, but when I click on the "submit" button, nothing happens. I'm using a firefox browser on my laptop, but also tried using the same browser on my phone, and chrome browser on my laptop. I don't know why it wouldn't be allowing me to submit the assignment.

How big is the video that you are trying to upload/submit? I am asking because, as documented in the https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Resource-Documents/Canvas-File-Quotas/ta-p/387061 support article, there is a 500 MB limit for media files.

Do you know if your school has a video streaming platform?  Some schools (like mine) subscribe to a video streaming platform like Canvas Studio (this is what we have), Panopto, or Kaltura?

Have you reached out to either your school's Canvas team or Canvas Support directly? Either of them would know more about how videos should be upload/submitted as your school because of available to you as a student.
