Assignments - need to select group before using speedgrader

Recently I have noticed that when I create a assignment and allocate it to a section, some things are acting up.

I edit the settings, assign it to the students, publish it, the when I look at the assignment is requires me to select a group before I can use the speedgrader.

Please note I did not make the assignemtn a group assingment, so why am I getting this?

Any ideas?

I had to create a group and add the students to it so I could do the marking....

Hi @ian10!

I believe I have the answer you are looking for. 

In your course settings, there is a settings for "Large Course:". You will want to deselect that option if you are seeing it's on and that should stop the prompt to select a group when launching speed grader.
