Assignments submission and re submission

My teacher had a due date on an assignment and i was rushing myself to turn it in on her deadline but i then submitted the assignment with one question left not realizing it was a completion grade resulting in a zero in the grade book for me. Is there anyway the home work could be unsubmitted and resubmitted completed?
