Is there a way to have kids record themselves in Canvas Quizzes to answer questions so that they are in Lockdown Browser. We have a world language teacher that would like to assess the students while lockdown browser and have the students provide audio responses to the questions.

Hi there @SaraMagretto ,
Since Canvas does not have a dedicated audio response question, I think the best way to go about this would be to create an essay question that students can upload / record media from. If I recall correctly, you should be able to do this in LockDown Browser... am I recalling correctly?

With your REspondus LockDown Browser license, do you also have Respondus Monitor?
If you have Respondus Monitor, in theory, the entire quiz/test/exam could be a video recorded exam. The student could say their answers to the instructor in the recording, similar to an oral in-person quiz/test/exam.
Most of the attempt flags/milestones that should be evaluated but it would be possible.
I hope that makes sense.
