If your Mozilla Firefox is upto date (a process that I described back in April 2025), my first recommendation would be to try another web browser (such as either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge or, if you are using a Mac, Apple's Safari).
The type of quiz (whether "Classic" or "new") can be determined by reviewing the links below and comparing what you see in your course and what is described/shown in the video(s).

If you are still experiencing a problem, I would encourage you to either: (a) check with your school's Canvas team or IT Department or (b) if available to you at your school, contact Canvas Support directly. You can typically find out what support options are available to you by clicking on the "Help" icon that appears on the left-side of Canvas.
