Good evening. I took an exam maye 4 days ago and my professor messaged me saying that the recording of the whole tes was not saved. Only thing she saw was the surrounding recording. So far she was the only professor that states it was never recorded. My other professors never reached out and i have taken multiple test after that. Do you think it was a one time thing or is something wrong with my lockdown browser?

That sounds very odd! I apologize that this happened. I am not totally sure what may have caused this since you were using a Lockdown browser. It is possible that the lockdown browser may have had an issue occur while you were recording the video you tried to submit. It might be best to have the teacher contact support so that they can take a look.
If you want, you can contact respondus to see if this is related to a known issue with their browser.
Typically videos will need a little bit of time to process and render after you are finished recording. Sometimes you will need to wait for it to process and render before submitting, which is dependant on your network speeds.
