Can Mastery Path Choice (Selection) be Changed if a Student changes his/her mind?

We have a teacher who wants to use Mastery Paths for Student Choice.

Students can make their selection for one of three paths.

Can the student Undo the Selection if he/she changes his/her mind over the selection?

Yes, @MS-CPS if an assignment/quiz allows for multiple submissions then each submission changes their options. I made a video showing how to do this with New Quizzes, which has the feature of allowing different points for each answer on a multiple choice question:
