Hi, the "unreserve" option does not appear when I click my current appointment. I want to change appointment but the "reschedule" button does not appear either, only a message that I'm already signed up for the other appointment. Have my examiner changed the settings or what do I do?
You should be able to delete or unreserve the appointment as stated in this guide.
With a specific date and calendar to look at we are unable to determine if the instructor disabled that option for you. Just to be safe could you try clearing your cache using this guide?
