Can’t access my course

I can’t access my course. I keep getting an error message in the form of an image  that looks like a big blue circle with a question mark in the middle as well as other images. I cleared my cache and restarted my laptop but I’m still getting the same message. Please help

Could you try using another browser to see if that makes a difference? You may want to make sure you are logging in using the correct URL. You can use this guide.

If you are still unable to access your course you may need to contact support to confirm that you are still enrolled in your course.
