I'm unable to find any way to disaggregate the data from rubric scoring to determine areas of student weakness. Is it really true that once the information is entered in a rubric score, it can never be exported or retrieved for use? Thanks.

Hi @DanielBarwick,
I do not have a specific answer for you but I would recommend checking out the post and comments at Rubric Analysis Using the API - Instructure Community - 270213 .

Hi @DanielBarwick,
In addition to the info @dbrace provided, you may want to take a look at what Canvas calls "outcomes". Outcomes are added to rubrics, can be used just like rubric criterion, and have additional reporting functionality. They may be just what you're looking for if the other option doesn't work for you.
Hope this helps a bit!
