We want to do an audit of a course before revising the content. To help facilitate this project, we want to create a spreadsheet of all the content in the Modules so we can gather feedback on each item and the organization of the content. We would also want a spreadsheet of the different Pages, Assignments, Quizzes, and Discussions so we can gather feedback and remove anything that is no longer in use, etc.
We've tried to manually copy and paste these into a spreadsheet but it takes a while, and Discussions you can't copy at all.
Is there a better way to do this that we aren't seeing? How do other organizations do an audit or review course assets and structure in a way that is organized?
