Cannot reset student password

I have been unable to reset my password for months. I have two emails assigned to the same course and neither of them will receive the change password email. I have contacted my tutor who says they have no restrictions in place on their end, so they do not understand why it won't come through either. None of my emails are set to a super strict fire wall either. The guides provided do not allow any other information outside of the 4 steps provided, check email, check firewall etc... It is quite frustrating having to get your friend to download and email you your work because you cannot access it. It seems to be a routine problem too going off the FAQs and forums

Good morning, @AlexKelman ...

Each school that uses Canvas as their LMS (Learning Management System) has their own way of signing in to Canvas...so the process at your school may be very different than the process at another school.  You mentioned that you have talked with your tutor, but I would actually suggest you reach out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department to help troubleshoot this issue further.  Or, if you know who your school's Canvas administrator is (this person might be in one of the departments I've listed already), that would be a good resource for you, too.  Hopefully someone at your school will be able to work with you to get this resolved for you soon.  Good luck!
