Canvas Box Integrations Issues with RCE and External Tool

Baylor University is experiencing issues with 2/3 of our Box integrations. The integration for RCE and External Tool seem to be blank and this is for Chrome and Firefox.
This was discovered when Box links for both were forcing students to do the cloud security even though the faculty had selected "anyone with the link".
Are any other schools seeing this issue? Have you been able to resolve this?
