For a week now unfortunately my canvas does not work. It does not show any classes on my dash board, doesn't show the calendar or any other feature only the support or help column. It's weird because it works perfectly fine on my mobile app but not my laptop. Is there any way I can fix this.

Several other students from various schools have also been reporting issues similar to yours. There are some general troubleshooting steps that you can try on your own:
- Make sure that your web browser is up-to-date. I like to suggest trying either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Check out this Guide, too: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
- Try clearing your browser history/cache files. After that, shut down your browser, restart your browser, and then log back in to Canvas. Did anything change for the better?
- Reach out to folks at Southwestern College. They may have an Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department with staff that you can talk with. For example, I found a couple pages on their website that might be of help to you:
- Contact the Canvas Help Desk folks. They may have some additional suggestions for you, too.
