Canvas Office 365

Hello, 

I have a faculty who is having an issue accessing PPT links through word 365 that are no longer working and her students cannot access any of the lectures or files. Tt said that "Something went wrong with authentication" when they try.

Can you please help?

I'm not exactly sure when your faculty member was experiencing the issues with Office 365, but I did find a similar question about O365 that might be of help to you.  My friend, @rmurchshafer, took time to reply: Office 365 approved app integration not working. - Canvas Community.
