Canvas calendar appointments not visible to students

I have scheduled appointments for students in the Calendar, which I can see but they cannot.  I have their class checked.  I have used these tool multiple times, first time I've had this problem.  Any ideas? Thanks.

Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with students unable  to view the appointments in their calendars. Is  this all  students or  one or  two? The students do need to  have the course also enabled on the right side of their  calendars  for appointments and events to show up properly. First, make sure they have this enabled for your class specifically. Secondly, presuming the course is published and course dates in settings aren't blocking them from accessing the course yet, were these regular appointments scheduled? Your process should have been similar to this:

If all of that has been checked, and they still can't access it, it may be user error or we may need you to contact canvas support directly and open a ticket. Here is the Canvas guide for your students to sign up:
