Canvas is not working, courses are not visible.

Need help with my courses being visible. Every time I log into Canvas on my desktop, my courses on Canvas are not shown. However, I have tried logging into my iPad onto the Safari and it seems to be visible there. How can I fix this issue on my desktop.

Have you tried to use a different browser on your desktop? Since it works when using Safari on your iPad, I recommend using a different browser on your desktop as well as clearing your cache and cookies of your current browser to make sure it is working properly. If after clearing the cache and cookies of your browser you are still experiencing this behavior, I recommend reaching out to Canvas support so that they can investigate your specific account.
