One of my students has reported that he cannot collapse the modules using the small arrow on each module. I advised him to close the app, also to refresh his page, and even to empty the cache. The report back is that it still doesn't work. The problem has been around now for at least a couple of weeks, so he's turned his ipad off and on again a few times and relaunced the app. I remembered just before I posted this to suggest he tries the 'collapse all' button to see if that works, and await his reply.
However, I'm still posting this. It's clearly not a common problem as there is no apparent reference to it in the forum already, but there must be an explanation and a solution, surely.

Hi @silvamayflower ,
You mention an iPad, so my first thought is that the student may be using Safari. According to many posts in this community, Safari does not always "play nice" with Canvas. Has the student tried using a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox?

Thank you, TrishaMeyer1 - I hadn't thought of that. Yes, I suspect he is using Safari. I will ask him.
