Canvas unexpected error 81969169

Hello,

I am editing a question bank. I loaded material from a textbook, and now I'm changing a few things in the individual questions. This error happened when I tried to change a question's title. Canvas would not allow me to change the title, and the message "Unexpected error, ID: 81969169" is shown above the question. This is strange, because I've done the same to about a hundred questions from the same question bank with no problems. Any ideas what this error means, and how I could solve this?

Hello @robstein ,

I recommend creating a ticket with Instructure Support so that they can take a look to see what is causing the issue.
