Canvas won't load on my computer, but works just fine on my phone.

As the title reads, canvas will not load on computer. The website just blinks white constantly. It works on my phone completely fine. Refreshing doesn't work. Changing my password didn't work. Taking it off the saved bookmarks and putting it back on didn't work. And I've read the solutions that have a similar question as mine-yes my web browser is safari. Yes-I've used canvas before on my computer and it has worked perfectly fine. So now, what do I do from where? Yes I can access on my phone, but the work needs to be done through a computer.

Thank you for providing this detail, and sorry to read that you are having troubles accessing your course(s) in your school's Canvas environment.  You said that you are using Safari as your web browser.  I would suggest the following:

• Try downloading either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (or both).  In general, these two browsers will provide a good browsing experience when navigating around Canvas.
• Clear your browser cache/history.  Once you do this, you'll want to close your browser completely, re-start it, and then log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed.

• Reach out to staff at Scotts Valley Unified School District.  If you happen to know who their Canvas administrator is or if you know how to reach their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department, that would be a good start.  I searched their website, but I wasn't able to find much ... with the exception of this page: Help Desk | Scotts Valley Unified School District (scottsvalleyusd.org).  If you call them, they may be able to point you in the right direction.
