I am having trouble viewing a power point for one of my courses. I even used a different browser and nothing. I reached out to the professor and he only mentioned I reach out to Canvas support to see what would be the issue. Whenever I download it to my computer it states that the document is unreadable and is experiencing errors.

You might want to contact Canvas support directly for this issue so that they an verify what is causing this to happen for you. Without being able to look at your specific example, we would not be able to nail down what is causing this to happen. 

It could be an issue with the file type, the file itself, or even your browser and some of the settings enabled within it.
