Comment Library Sharing with TA

Hi,

I have a TA in my class and it appears if I put in Library Comments they do not seem to transfer over to them. Is there a way to do this without copying and pasting them again?

I'm not sure if this is a direct answer to your question, but in this Guide:

How do I use the Comment Library in SpeedGrader? - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com)

...there is a line in the light blue box at the top of the page that says, "Comments you have added to the Comment Library are accessible from each course in which you are enrolled as an instructor."  I could be wrong on this (wouldn't be the first time), but I don't believe that comment libraries transfer from one user to another.

Hi Chris,

Thanks i did see that and i was hoping to draw some attention to this situation as it is another way Canvas is just not user friendly at times. Most of the time it is, but in this instance and not being able to move a rubric row easy just makes things frustrating.

Have you seen the "Canvancement" (Canvas Enhancement) by @James Jones that he developed that makes moving rubric rows easier?

I've used this several times at my former job when I needed to re-order rubric rows as I was building course content for our faculty.  It works wonders and saved me lots of time!

What @Chris_Hofer shared is correct. At this time, comments from the Comment Library cannot be transferred or shared to other graders.
