Completed "Be the Hero: Admin Quick Start Guide" Course, but not showing as completed

I completed the Be the Here: Admin Quick Start Guide course today, but on my training transcript it is showing it is still in progress. Any idea of how to get it to show as completed?

You'll probably want to contact the instructor to have them check to see what your status is within the course.

Without being able to take a look at the course, I would not be able to diagnose and troubleshoot why it is showing that it has not been completed. 

Some things you can check on your end are if the module requirements are showing as all completed. 

• Modules item that are completed, should show a green check mark. If they are not completed, you will see a Red "-" icon on the module and a Circle next to any items that are in the requirements set. 

If you have completed all of the content and it still isn't showing as completed, it might be best to have the instructor who is over the course take a look at your module progress and figured out why it is not showing as completed. Sometimes there might be items that need to be graded before your marked as completed. It really just depends on the configuration of the course you took.
