Hi Canvas community,
Is the customization of the sender name only exclusive to root account? I don't see the same tab in other accounts created (see attached). We would like to customise it per department (not using the main company).

I just found this unanswered question while doing a cleanup of the community. As far as I know, as a Canvas admin myself, that setting is only available for the root account. This is probably because Canvas offers options for "digest" (daily/weekly) emails that would span different subaccounts, and users all live at the root account level so any user notifications would have to be form there anyways.
