The courses on my dashboard are not loading on safari, but they are on Firefox, how can I fix that?

I would suggest that you use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox instead of Safari for your browser of choice. Chrome and Firefox are the two commonly recommended browsers when navigating around the Canvas environment.
What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?

Bottom line: Canvas and Safari don't "play together." There's nothing that you can do to fix that.
