In dealing with one of our M&E term contractors who is repeatedly not taking in follow-up matters assigned to him whether by managing agent or the client. I had tried to use Principle of persuasion – Authority.
Using our managing agent is authoritative, credible, and knowledgeable experts to persuade this manager to change and perform better by building trust with us but his performance has been inconsistent till now.
Try to use another principle of persuasion - I tried to help him with some of his follow-up work for the client by helping his supervisor in updating the work order in the facility management system which started 2 weeks ago. Hopefully that this manager will do the favors of properly following up the issues and matters that the client has requested during our monthly operation and maintenance meeting.

This appears to be work for a class, which means you posted this in the wrong location. You probably wanted this in Discussions in your Canvas course. You posted this into a community forum for users needing help with using Canvas.
If you go back to your course, Discussions should be an option on the course navigation menu (the same menu that has Modules, Grades, Pages, Assignments). I am only suggesting Discussions since your prompt mentions "Discuss," so your instructors is best equipped to say where you are submitting the work.
