Having issues getting into the app. After staring at the loading screen for a while, which outlasts the time for my iPad to turn off, it kicks me out. I’ve tried restarting my iPad, powering my iPad off and on, and gone through manager trying to reinstall it

Have you tried the QR Code option? Sometimes that works when other options do not. I hope it works for you! (Note: there is a new version of the Canvas Student app rolling out, so be on the lookout for that update too.)

How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as a student?
