Didn't receive Slack confirmation code

I tried to add Slack on my contact setting in my account but I never receive any confirmation code nor there any option to resend or change the email address. Can someone help with this? Thanks

Hello @KresnaSucandra
I am sorry that you are not receiving that confirmation code to your email address. I am not sure why you are unable to receive that confirmation email. It usually takes a few minutes to send out and is pretty easy to set up.
It might be best to submit a ticket and have Canvas support take a look to see if there is an issue with your email address that the confirmation code is supposed to be sent to.
