Is there a way to download a PDF of students' completed quiz with answers?

Unfortunately, Canvas doesn't have a native tool that would download the student's quiz submissions. you can highlight the submission on speedgrader and select to print the page. 

For New Quizzes, you have an option of downloading the quiz with the answers, but not submission. 

You can create an idea in the community.
