Is there a way to download the roster? I need a digital list of my students.

If you have New Analytics enabled in your course, you can run a Class Roster report to get a list of your students.

If the New Analytics button is there, does that mean the students can access it as well?

Hi @Naomi. I have downloaded my course roster many times. When I try for my current course however, it's only downloading a portion of the students (11) when I have 783 students in total on the People page. Can you help?

Hi @natsmy,

Yes. If the New Analytics button displays in your course, your students will see it as well. However, they'll only be able to view analytics for themselves. For more information, check out How do I view New Analytics in a course as a student?

It is easy to edit the csv file when it is downloaded.
