Hi there,
I'm a student and my school uses Canvas to deliver our course content. I've noticed a bug on the 'Pages' page type with embedded video. When viewing an embedded video, if I pause the video and resume, the video jumps ahead. Sometimes it jumps ahead 60 seconds. Sometimes it's 4 minutes. This can be quite annoying if I'm pausing the video multiple times per lecture to take notes or research something further.
Happy to provide additional info to reproduce if needed.
Thanks,
Kyle

Hi @KyleBryce,
That would be challenging. Our support team is always happy to look into this further. However, there are many ways a video can be embedded in a page, so they'd need a specific example to review. Your institution likely has a process for sending tickets to our support team. I'd encourage you to click the question mark icon in the global navigation menu to report the behavior via the relevant option in the pop-out menu.
(Oftentimes, it's similar to "Students - Canvas Help.")
I hope this helps!
