Enable "Download submissions" option on assignments

As an instructor, I would like to download all student submissions for an assignment in the Gradebook?

However, I do not have this option that is stated in the directions posted on our tutorials.

How can I enable it?

Hi @LF11,

The Download Submissions option will only be available for assignments with file upload as the submission type.  My guess is the assignment you selected is not a file upload one, as I don't know of any other reason the Download Submissions option would be missing,  Can you confirm whether this is the case?

Thank you!  This is helpful.  Some have submitted it as a Word Doc, and some have submitted as a Text Box.  Would love to download all submissions for a particular assignment (for all students--bulk).

What type of files, etc. are students submitting for this assignment?
