I have activated the Talent by TORSH external app using the consumer key and shared secret information from my TORSH account. The app appears in my course navigation options; however, when you click on the TORSH Talent option there is an error message "System does not exist with matching LTI consumer key. Please check your Canvas APP configuration for TORSH Talent". I have double checked the information and it is correct. Any ideas on how to correct this?

We have finally solved it! We have the TORSH HIPAA compliant platform which has different instructions than the integration process for the nonHIPAA compliant accounts. Long of the short of it, from the apps option in the account settings:
Good morning, @SheilaZickefoos ...
I've never heard of Talent by TORSH, so I have no idea what it is or what the capabilities of it are or how it integrates with Canvas. However, since this is a third-party integration with Canvas, I would suggest that you reach out to the Technical Support staff at Talent by TORSH ... since it is their product. They may be able to help you troubleshoot this issue.
Please come back to this conversation to provide an update when you have found a solution...thanks!
I think I need to set up a developer key for TORSH Talent. However, this process asks for an owner email described as the email of the person who owns the developer tool. Would that be me as an admin?
@SheilaZickefoos ...
Unfortunately, I don't know a lot about developer keys, and this Guide doesn't seem to provide much of an explanation on *who* the owner is.
How do I add a developer API key for an account? - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com)
I *think* you can put your e-mail address in there if you are the Canvas admin at your school. However, I'll defer to others who know more about this than I do.
To be honest, I don't think the owner email field actually does much. We have a generic "canvas" account (like canvas@institution.edu) that we enter for all of these, just so nothing is tied to a specific person who may retire or move to a new job at some point. I've never actually seen any mail messages come from canvas to that email, even with 10+ developer keys configured with it.

@chriscas ...
That's a good point, and I like your idea of putting in a generic e-mail address. Thanks for providing some additional insights, Chris!
