I checked that page and the calendar is working for me (both when I'm logged in and when I'm not). I think it might be a local device or browser issue that you're running in to right now, not a global problem with the page. You could perhaps try to clear your browser cache and cookies to see if that resoles the issue.

Another possibility is your cookie settings. The calendar embedded at the bottom of https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Releases/tkb-p/canvas-release is from Google Calendar and your cookie settings may be blocking it. Consider opening them up so that they are not as restrictive.
Something else to consider is whether or not you have clicked on the "I Accept" button for cookies in the Instructure/Canvas Community.
As a last resort, you can also go to https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=instructure.com_u3bufsip887n3qb6fht3rgnbts@group.cale... to view the calendar. I have it added as an optional calenday in my own Google Calendar. The Google Support article at https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37100 can help with that.
