Hi I am new to Canvas and wanted to learn how to create flip cards in canvas. Any help would be appreciated.

When you click on a specific image, the image will flip over to show the comment on the reverse side of the image. thank you

Got it. No, that's not something that Canvas offers. I suggest using something like Google Slides or Prezi for something like this. Either of those tools could be embedded in Canvas.
