When will Canvas has feedback settings that are clear, such as the settings for feedback on Moodle (type of feedback to provide after  the first attempt (for example if more than 1 attempt), and the feedback once the quiz is closed.).

@FatimaChajia I don't believe this is on the roadmap for New Quizzes currently (or any of the other tools that allow multiple attempts), but you could submit the idea. It would be nice to be able to have differentiated feedback.

They should consult a group of faculty members when they design certain features (such as feedback settings), but even for some question like the "hot spot" (you can only hot spot ONE thing at a time). If you are a biology teacher and you want students to identify multiple part of the skeleton, the ONE hot spot question is ridiculous because we want students to have an general view of the skeleton. Same thing if you teach a foreign language and you use maps, and you want students to identify multiple former colonies etc.

I tried to do it over the phone with Tech Support but they all refer me to the site (which is not user friendly).

Compared to other LMS (Moodle or Blackboard - even though Moodle requires certain codes for  certain types of questions), Canvas seems very amateurish. But their Tech Support is excellent!
