I created an assignment using Google LTI and I uploaded a rubric in the Google Assignment. Now my students cannot access their scores or see the rubric at all. Here is what they see:

Hi @AllisonFY -
Apologies for the frustration you’re having with your Google LTI Assignment. While this is a hard question to answer in the community, since most people here are other Canvas/Instructure product users from around the world, I may know what is going on. Google has had multiple integrations with Canvas over the years, some which support SpeedGrader and some which do not. I believe the integration you’re using may be one of the older integrations which does not support SpeedGrader.
I would suggest contacting your school or institution's Canvas team (usually in the eLearning / IT / Digital Education areas) to ask if they’d be willing to install the newest Google Assignments LTI 1.3 Integration, which should fully support SpeedGrader. If your local team installs this integration and you use it for future Google assignments, they should appear in SpeedGrader. Unfortunately, I don’t think you’ll be able to get the existing assignment(s) your students have already submitted to into SpeedGrader.

Thank you so much. I sent this information to my administrator.
We use the new TI and the issue is the same. We have submitted a ticket. NONE of our students can see annotated feedback as of about Feb 10 (approx) for any Google Assignment. I t had been working just fine all year. THis is sudden and this is extremely impactful. 😕
