Grade book "Resubmitted" status category hidden or removed

When I open the "Status" menu for an individual assignment, I do not have the option to select "Resubmitted." What can I do to add that category back into my menu?

Hi @JessicaStokes,

I think the resubmitted icon is just something that will automatically show up for assignments that are submitted online after an earlier version has been graded.  I don't believe it's something you can manually set, and I think it goes away automatically after the new submission is graded.  The screenshots on the How do I change the status of a submission in the ... - Instructure Community article match what you have, so I think everything is working as intended.
