Gradebook Axis Alteration

Is there a way to flip the axis of the gradebook?  I would like to see students at the top and assignments on the side.  I know you can see grades by individual student, but it would also be nice to be able to flip this axis.  I looked through the settings and didn't see anything.  Maybe this feature can be added?

Unfortunately, there isn't anything in the Canvas UI that allows you to swap student names with assignment names in the instructor Gradebook view.  You'd want to create a new idea for this if you felt it would be something useful for people to have in Canvas.  Take a look at the Guides listed under the "Ideas and Themes" section of this link:
