Graded discussions not showing up in Learning Mastery Gradebook

Hello.  I have a graded discussion that has an associated discussion rubric.  This rubric has one of my course outcomes associated with it.  I go into student view and go through the course and complete the two assignments (quiz and discussion) as a test student.  I then leave the student view and grade the discussion as the teacher.  

The grades for both the quiz and the discussion show up in the Traditional Gradebook.  In the Learning Mastery Gradebook, the quiz shows up ( i have aligned the questions with outcomes) but the discussion cell is blank.  Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug?  Thank you for you help.  It has been driving me nuts all day.
