I was able to take a look at your screenshot and I agree! That is very odd!
I will start by admitting that am not super familiar with McGrawHIll Connect, but seems like there might be an issue with the scores that are being synced over to Canvas from McGrawHIll. Does performing a grade sync in McGrawHIll Connect make any difference? Sometimes third party apps like McGrawHIll Connect get out of sync from time to time. Since the grade data is being synced over from Connect, it might not be syncing over to Canvas correctly.
Have you reached out to McGraw Hill about this grade data discrepancy yet? They should be able to take a look at the data that is being synced over to Canvas and identify potential causes and provide troubleshooting to make is display correctly.
