Grades in rubric (hide/show)

I use rubrics to evaluate assignments. First, I 'hide' the grades in the rubric and only give feedback. When I need to calculate my final grade, I change the rubric and amend it to 'show grades'.

Canvas seems to have had an update recently. The view has changed and I no longer have this option to 'hide/show' grades in the rubrics used.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Are you using the standard rubric system (instructor documentation at https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/tkb-p/Instructor#Rubrics) or the newer "Enhanced Rubrics" system (instructor documentation at https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/tkb-p/Instructor#EnhancedRubrics)? It sounds liek you are using "Enhanced Rubrics" because of how you said "Canvas seems to have had an update recently".

For the standard rubric system, I believe you are referring to "Hide score total for assessment results" option that is available (please see the "Select Rubric Settings" section of  How do I add a rubric to an assignment? - Instructure Community - 1058 ). Please correct me if I am wrong or not understanding you.

For the "Enhanced Rubric" system, I believe you would use the "Hide rubric score total from students" option that is available (please see the "Select Rubric Settings" section of  How do I add a rubric to an assignment using Rubric Enhancements? - Instructure Community - 639590 ).

Does that help you or am I not understanding what you have previously been doing?
