Grades: "Instructor has not posted this grade"

I see the following message in grades: Category 

"Instructor has not posted this grade"

All my settings are good......

- automatically post grades is on

- Hide assignment group totals is unchecked

- I even tried to switch to manual and post but still no luck.

Please help! lol

@MrBrianNavarro One possibility is that the assignment has moderated grading enabled. In that case, you'll need to go to the assignment page and click Moderate.

How do I publish final grades for a moderated assignment? 

If that does not hit the mark, could you say which submission method you selected for the assignment and perhaps attach screenshots?

This teacher uses on paper, online, and no submissions as well as quizzes. They are not moderated assignments.
