Having trouble with canvas

My canvas page is not loading on my MacBook Pro computer.

Hello there, @GraceShook ...

I'm seeing lots of questions that are similar to yours here in the Community.  I would recommend these options:

• Make sure your browser is current.  Try using an up-to-date browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.  What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
• Try clearing your browsing history.  Once you do that, close your browser.  Then, re-start the browser, and log in to Canvas.
  • How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
• Contact folks at Longwood University who are responsible for the administration of Canvas...such as people in their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department.  I went to Longwood's website, and I found the following page which has some contact information for you: Student Resources - Longwood University.
• Try contacting Canvas Support to see what they have for suggestions.

For Canvas account questions, you are going to need to reach out to folks at Valencia College...as we here in the Canvas Community wouldn't have access to that kind of information.  I found a page on Valencia's website that might be of help to you:
