Hello there, @GraceShook ...
I'm seeing lots of questions that are similar to yours here in the Community. I would recommend these options:
- Make sure your browser is current. Try using an up-to-date browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
- Try clearing your browsing history. Once you do that, close your browser. Then, re-start the browser, and log in to Canvas.
- Contact folks at Longwood University who are responsible for the administration of Canvas...such as people in their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department. I went to Longwood's website, and I found the following page which has some contact information for you: Student Resources - Longwood University.
- Try contacting Canvas Support to see what they have for suggestions.
