How could I export quizzes, with correct answers, from Canvas to an MS Word doc?
I would like to use something like a Common Cartridge or QTI export and convert it to an MS Word doc that shows the text of the questions, their responses, and which one is correct.
I need this as documentation I am supplying to our accreditor.
I tried using Respondus 4.0 for this, since it was recommended by these instructions I found on Google. However, it is saying it doesn't support the QTI format.
So I have the following questions:
It looks like the exported quiz files are in an XML file format, but I need a tool to parse them.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Go to where you build the quiz. Click on the 3 dots in the upper left corner. Select "Print Key (with Answers) from the drop-down menu.
Select your preferred text size and click "Print Preview."
Print it to a PDF.
You can open PDFs in Microsoft Word, but it does not always work very well. I would leave it as a PDF.

Thanks, this looks like a great solution. I didn't realize that would work. I found a way to do it with Respondus, but I will try this in the future.
And...never mind. I missed the advent of NewQuizzes. Got it, now.
What is new quizzes? My quizzes still look like your picture and I can't print.
@parnell ...
Here are a couple videos that show the differences between Classic Quizzes and New Quizzes:
I have classic quizzes and was unable to export the quiz. So I ended up rebuilding the entire exam from scratch so that I had a paper copy.
