How do I find contact info for my CSM? I have looked the community and only see response on people who will reach out directly. Is this not public information?

No, this is not public information. Each CSM is assigned to only specific individuals, so sharing that information in a forum like the Community may create confusion. Additionally, usually only site admins have direct contact with their CSM. 🙂

What do we do if we need to escalate an issue beyond our CSM team? We have an urgent issue (parents cannot log in). I've been emailing with a CSM but I can only get sometimes one email from her per day so the issue is dragging on. I've even asked the chat team to ping the CSM and yet she still won't reply quickly. Is there a way to request a new CSM team to work on our issue? Is there a way to get a responsive Canvas person to call me or set up a zoom?
